PRO CLASS @ TRIP SPACE LONDON
Flying Low & Passing Through. Two days of full dancing. I will offer you some of the tools from the techniques of Flying Low and Passing Through (floor work and group improvisation) and open the opportunity to dance, compose together. You will sweat and feel good. Open to all interested in movement. The class structure will be 1 hour of Flying Low technique with a Passing Through inspired jam the last 30min.
ALL I KNOW ABOUT DANCING
In this 2 hour session participants will start working with principles of the Flying Low floor work technique in order to expand to an in-depth exploration of the details of improvisation that go beyond learning and repeating pre-choreographed phrases. Anyone with an interest in the movement is welcome to this type of work. It will be full of dancing!
